Dance Wisconsin Company Members prepare for Adjudication and Regional Dance America's MidStates Fesitval.

Adjudicator, Alaine Haubert, arrived in Monona on February 5th to watch Artistic Director, Jo Jean Retrum teach Dance Wisconsin Company Class and then the dancers performed four pieces previously performed at the New Works performance for her.

This year Ms. Haubert selected three pieces to be performed during the evening performances at Regional Dance America's MidStates Fesitval.  Dance Wisconsin is the only member of this prestigous group from Wisconsin and is an Honor Company, having maintained performances yearly in the Gala Night performances.

Congratulations to the choreographers:  Margaret Violante, Chelsey Bradley and Danielle Furhmann.

Thank you to everyone that attended Dance Wisconsin's Nutcracker!  The show was a rousing success with the audiences.  We heard wonderful reviews from patrons while still at the theater.  We recieved a number of glowing letters from patrons that just wanted us to know how much they enjoyed the show.  There were heartfelt Facebook posts as well.  Thank you to everyone of you for helping to make Nutcracker such a great success!  Jo Jean Retrum, Artistic Director
