Information for Dancers
Dance Wisconsin is a pre-professional company which produces three performances a year. Company members also attend the MidStates Regional Dance Festival for Regional Dance America in the Spring of each year. Dance Wisconsin has been fortunate to have several pieces selected to be performed at the Festival each year. This year, one of our teachers, Jennifer Stewart, and one of our students, Chelsey Dahm choreographed pieces that were chosen to be performed at the MidStates Regional Dance Festival. Our company members take regular classes weekly, as well as a company class on Thursday evening. During our performance season, company members rehearse on Saturday and Sunday in addition to the Thursday evening company class. Many of our past company members have gone on to perform with professional companies all over the world.
